Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team from the My account page.

The 30-day guarantee applies to every payment, including renewals: if a renewal was charged by mistake, you can request a refund within 30 days of the charge.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period: you keep access to your plan until the end of the period already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
